Lunchbox is a children's apparel and gift company based in Los Angeles, California. We make all of our clothing
locally, in downtown Los Angeles, and are proud that through our efforts and our customer’s support our product
contributes to over 100 local jobs.
We are committed to making small batches of high quality, unique clothes for kids! We offer fresh design that is
driven by adult fashion trends yet remains kid –friendly, featuring fantastic feeling fabrics.
Blending east-coast classic with west-coast casual, Lunchbox is a fun line that kids love and the rest of us wish
came in our size! We use super-soft jersey that is "really comfortable," according to some of our young fans.
All of our fabrics are chosen for maximum wear-ability and wash-ability.
We think you ought to be able to have quality crafted kid's clothes that you can pass down, which is easy to
do when you have classic design that won’t be going out of style any time soon! Whether drawing influence from
1960's Riviera, or vintage prep school athletic, Lunchbox offers coordinating pieces that can be mixed or matched
to suit any personality.
Lunchbox started with the cuddly cute baby bottle covers, Bottle Pets. We have a gift line complete with soft
cotton blankets and a book starring “Pablo the Monkey”, that a perfect baby shower gift. Bottle Pets are
patent-protected bottle covers and are designed to be a baby's first stuffed animal. In addition to being
super-cute, Bottle pets are machine washable and able to fit any size bottle.
The Lunchbox clothing line was born in Fall 2007. Liz Woodruff, head designer at Lunchbox, is originally from
Portland, Oregon. She studied design at Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia. Liz has worked with
Vera Wang and Patricia Fields in New York, and Wendyhil and Wendy Katlen in Los Angeles. She is an expert
pattern maker and seamstress and continues to bring her young and stylish design aesthetic and hard work
ethic to every season.
