Some fashion trends are connected to or inspired by other trends.  Native American is one such trend, and we see a strong connection to vintage fashion. Vintage inspired fashion is appealing for a lot of reasons, which include a desire to be authentic or perhaps to tell a story.  It's also driven by nostaligia for certain things in our past. 

Native American, as a trend, is in part inspired by its vintage and authentic elements.  Some things just tell a story naturally, and many symbols and styles inspired by native american culture fit that to a tee!  Feathers, dreamcatchers, Aztec prints... at times are used to symbolize a larger idea, communicate an emotion, send a message or yes, tell a story!

Keep it simple or tell a story, either way, explore your design ideas with some of these symbols, prints and colors and you just can't lose!
